This is by far the best urgent care I have ever visited. The entire team is exceptionally caring, compassionate, and attentive. Every staff member and provider takes the time to truly listen and make sure I feel heard and cared for. The quality of service and kindness I’ve experienced here is unmatched, I cannot recommend them highly enough!
This is absolutely, hands down, the best urgent care that I have been to. Front desk is pleasant, helpful and professional. The doctor that I saw was very knowledgeable, caring and had a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns, I did not feel rushed. And the nurse that took my vitals was very nice, professional and knowledgeable as well. There was just a little bit of wait time, but not bad at all, unlike going to an e.r. I will continue to come here for my urgent care needs.
Great experience and quick! Granted, I went at an off time, but it was during spring break for the schools in the area. I assumed there may be a wait. The staff was super friendly and the doctor actually listened. I was shocked that they called back a few days later to check on me. I’ve never had an urgent care, actually care if their treatment worked. I would highly recommend!
It was wonderful and the Doctor Risley was amazing. And very thorough. Don't want to get sick. But if so that's were I'm going.
Dr. Risley is my number one go to. He treats us like family and always so sweet. All the staff is amazing. If they leave I'm leaving also. Top notch people!
