This is absolutely, hands down, the best urgent care that I have been to. Front desk is pleasant, helpful and professional. The doctor that I saw was very knowledgeable, caring and had a wonderful bedside manner. He took the time to actually listen to my concerns, I did not feel rushed. And the nurse that took my vitals was very nice, professional and knowledgeable as well. There was just a little bit of wait time, but not bad at all, unlike going to an e.r. I will continue to come here for my urgent care needs.
Great experience and quick! Granted, I went at an off time, but it was during spring break for the schools in the area. I assumed there may be a wait. The staff was super friendly and the doctor actually listened. I was shocked that they called back a few days later to check on me. I’ve never had an urgent care, actually care if their treatment worked. I would highly recommend!
It was wonderful and the Doctor Risley was amazing. And very thorough. Don't want to get sick. But if so that's were I'm going.
Dr. Risley is my number one go to. He treats us like family and always so sweet. All the staff is amazing. If they leave I'm leaving also. Top notch people!
Really great place! The lady at the front desk, got us checked in fast, with little to no wait time. Billy, our medical assistant, was amazing with my five year old. He did his best to keep her calm while testing her for strep and the flu. He was very attentive, as well as the nurse practitioner we saw. She answered all of my questions! 10/10 recommend this place, especially for your kiddos!
