Went this morning for neck pain and headache. Said we will prescribe a muscle relaxer and lidocaine patch. Took and EKG (totally unnecessary) said its abnormal go to the ER, again not needed. So, had they looked at my chart they would see why it was abnormal. The PA Patience, the refuses to write scripts because I feel the ER was not needed. So now I'm back at home still in pain and now pissed off too.
I’ve had that cold going around. I just need a note for work. Your front desk lady convinced me to not come in your business and give you my money.
Walked in this morning with acute hip pain. There was a short wait. Sam wheeled me in. Took vitals. She was thorough. Melissa, as the Provider, came in. Discussed what was going on. She addressed the issue and I was able to walk out with help. Place was very clean. Pleasant. My husband dealt with the girl behind the front counter. She was pleasant. I’ve yet to have a negative experience with the few Wellstar facilities I’ve used. Personnel I’ve dealt with were thorough. Calming. Kind. And competent.

The staff and the doctor showed concern for my 89 yo father’s swollen foot. They opened and held doors, lifted my dad when necessary, spoke to us respectfully and kindly, and patiently positioned him for an x-ray. They gave us clear instructions for the swelling after determining there was no break. Great job!
