I was in and out within the hour! BEST urgent care experience I’ve ever had! Courtney and the nurse (I can’t remember her name) were SO nice and caring, listened to my concerns, laughed at my jokes and when I found out I was pregnant gave me options for healing/care. They took good care of my finger and explained throughly the at home care! I hope I won’t be back but will definitely go back if a situation arises!
I am always treated with respect, urgency and compassion. Their system is efficient. I just recommend that they turn the kiosk for signing in to a more private location where patients can be seated while entering details. The kiosk is currently facing out.

My visit at Cherokee was good. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. I appreciated their kindness and patience. I was seen quickly. My health concerns were heard and addressed in a way that was easy to understand. The entire experience was smooth, professional, and efficient. Thank you for your care and hard work!
