2 kidney stones after a CT, I had another one show up last night, horrible pain and turned away. Told it's wellstar policy this and that. Having health issues i have experienced genuine care and those just showing up for a paycheck. Wellstar is just a show up for a paycheck kinda place.
First time here. So clean and lovely friendly helpful people. Made visiting the doctors pleasurable. Breanna was exceptional, warm friendly and welcoming. Thank you. Really is people care not health care.
Katrina was so amazing! She lifted my spirits and my energy when feeling sick! I felt like I could talk about all my symptoms with no rush! I am so grateful I went to this urgent care! Great care all around from the front desk, my amazing nurse and doctor!
Usually I have no issues with the location but this morning after having uncomfortable pain the front desk receptionist was more worried about their conversation instead of the need to be seen and then realize I was already in the system with my data. Then they sit you in the room and no one follows up checks in but as someone having abdominal pain a courtesy the provider is falling behind would go a long way.
