I’m sure the doctors are great but the office staff not so much. I made an appointment online. I have a written referral from my PCP. At 3:45pm the day before my appointment at 8:30am the next day, I received a call that said they were going to have to cancel my appointment because they don’t have my referral. At no time before this call had I heard anything from the office about needing the referral ahead of time. Had I known, I could have faxed it to them. Called before my appointment and left a message saying they don't treat my condition, but my condition leads to arthritis and joint issues, which I thought was a rheumatologist's domain. Guess not. Thanks for telling me not to come in before you've even heard WHY I scheduled the appointment.
I visited the office for the first time today and met with Dr. Bradley. My experience from the office staff, nurse and Dr. Bradley was amazing! Everyone was so kind, friendly and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley!
Rushed out, no help, filed with insurance incorrectly and still haven't gotten me a correct bill
