Called before my appointment and left a message saying they don't treat my condition, but my condition leads to arthritis and joint issues, which I thought was a rheumatologist's domain. Guess not. Thanks for telling me not to come in before you've even heard WHY I scheduled the appointment.
I visited the office for the first time today and met with Dr. Bradley. My experience from the office staff, nurse and Dr. Bradley was amazing! Everyone was so kind, friendly and informative. I highly recommend Dr. Bradley!
Rushed out, no help, filed with insurance incorrectly and still haven't gotten me a correct bill
Excellent new patient experience. From scheduling my appointment to Dr. McLeod's thoroughness and care, to the kindness and genuine concern from the entire staff, everything was great.
The absolute WORST patient service I have ever received. They have lost every last penny I was going to give them all because they refused to communicate with me. Absolutely ridiculous. The doctors are probably fine, but how would I know I was never even able to see one. The girls/guys running the appointments, however? Despicable. You don't go to a rheumatologist cuz everything is going great.
