Very impressed with Dr. Rott and his plan to help me solve my problem
The wait time at the wellstar vinings lab work is totally unacceptable. Something needs to changed!!!!
I have been coming to Wellstar Rheumatology for over a year and the facility is always clean and inviting. The employees are pleasant and helpful. Dr.Rott has always shown me patience and has always taken the time to answer address any concerns I would have.
Dr. Rott is very personable, he never rushes through an appointment. I have osteoporosis and am so grateful I found him. He is very thorough in his examination and giving me information about my condition. The office staff are always very pleasant and polite.
I tried to schedule with Wesselman because she was highly recommended. The office staff wouldn’t let me since she had a long wait time. I was forced to see Dr. Musty. She was dismissive and unconcerned each time I saw her. The gaslighting I received was unreal. I would NOT recommend her. I tried to see a different dr in the practice and was told I couldn’t since I was already established with another provider in the practice. I will not be back.
