Morning appointment and the waiting area has the Morning sun beaming in, close to unbearable. The staff and Dr. Claroni are great. They are friendly and listen. I had a great experience. One oversight, they didn't send a sample off for culture and forgot to follow up on other test results. I'm hoping it was because it was near the holiday weekend. However, they were very kind and responsive when I messaged and called them. I would recommend this office.
It is concerning to see this facility receive ratings above one or two stars, as it suggests that many reviewers may not have experienced care from a truly qualified healthcare provider. The quality of service offered here falls far below what should be considered acceptable in a professional medical environment, and it is unfortunate that anyone would feel compelled to settle for this level of care..
