I've been a patient with Wellstar for over 15 years. I've been seeing Molly at the Cartersville location for about 2 years now. I recently had the best experience with both her and her sweet nurse Donna. Both actively listened to my concerns, without making me feel rushed. I appreciate them both!
This doctors office was terrible to me! I called, made an appt., and then when I get there let me sit in the waiting room for half an hour as others go by…turns out no one told me I was going to be a new patient again! So now, being sick, they won’t see me. The lady in the front was EXTREMELY RUDE, and they told my now deceased husband he had chronic bronchitis when he had heart failure….DO NOT GO HERE!!!! RUDE, NON-EMPATHETIC , and ENTITLED
I feel like i really didnt get anything that I came for and got billed to my insurance for pretty much nothing. I only go a simple swab not really a full physical just a waste of time. I came to get a Pap smear which i had to tell them. Then to not get a HpV test like what i actually came in for. Everything was rushed and pointless I’ll be going somewhere else. Ever my prescriptions aren’t as i requested either.
Doctor Delgado and staff (nurses, front desk, all!) make you feel heard, understood, and definitely can be trusted. The whole team work together to make your health a priority. Absolutely best practice.i have ever been a part of. Absolutely excellent communication and service, from day 1.
Dr Molly is the best! Always thorough and helpful!
