If I could I’d give this place ZERO stars! *To clarify, because I’ve heard things good things about the other Kenmar office, this was the office on Barrett Parkway, by Publix in Kennesaw) We were sent here for my toddler’s vision screening because our Pediatrician’s office equipment was broken at the time. The lady upfront dismissed me the second I walked in, she told me they didn’t do vision screenings, etc. I asked her to please check again & explained the situation, that we were sent here by another office, AGAIN. Dr. Robbins is absolutely phenomenal with my son. He's had "white coat syndrome" in the past, but EVERYONE at this facility is so welcoming and accommodating. He still get a little scared when they look in his ears, but I feel like he's developed a closer relationship with them. He even calls his favorite nurse by her name (he's 2, so he must really love her ☺️). So grateful to have such a wonderful medical team there for my son.
Front Staff is always welcoming and friendly. All nurses have been super sweet! Dr Robins is wonderful and we absolutely love bringing our son over there! No complains at all!
