We had our son circumcised a week ago, and we want to bring him in to make sure everything is healing correctly as we have one concern. However, we can't make an appointment if no one answers the phone or calls us back... Maybe leaving a one-star review will get someone to care and call me back. If someone does call back, I will update this review.
The staff is very unprofessional.. especially the manage Amanda who who works in urology.
Dr. Riden is great but other than that I would not recommend this practice. Their communication is nonexistent. Over the span of 4 months I called daily, left voicemails and never got a call back nor got someone to answer the phone.
From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the service was unprofessional. The girl who assisted me was rude and not helpful at all. They called only one day before to say my appointment was rescheduled, but gave no address, no doctor’s name, and no clear information. I called multiple times and no one ever answered. I had to go to another clinic on my own just to get the information I needed.
