The staff is very unprofessional.. especially the manage Amanda who who works in urology.
Dr. Riden is great but other than that I would not recommend this practice. Their communication is nonexistent. Over the span of 4 months I called daily, left voicemails and never got a call back nor got someone to answer the phone.
From the moment I scheduled my appointment, the service was unprofessional. The girl who assisted me was rude and not helpful at all. They called only one day before to say my appointment was rescheduled, but gave no address, no doctor’s name, and no clear information. I called multiple times and no one ever answered. I had to go to another clinic on my own just to get the information I needed. When I arrived 15 minutes late because of this, they refused to see me and told me I would have to reschedule for another 3 months. ... read more
My 13-year-old son really felt comfortable with Dr. Riden.
This practice is a joke. Good luck getting anyone to answer your phone call or even call you back. I’ve left a dozen messages without response….
