I would not recommend this outpatient physical therapy clinic and would not schedule medical care here again. I received a call on the Friday before a winter storm from the front desk (Rosina) stating that my insurance referral had not yet been approved. She told me to stand by and wait for a phone call to confirm whether my appointment would still happen, especially since they were unsure if the clinic would even be open on Monday due to the weather. My physical therapist, Emily and her associates at Wellstar Outpatient Rehab at the Towne Lake location, consistantly provided outstanding service & care. I would highly recommend this amazing team.
I have been a patient at the Woodstock location of WellStar OrthoSport multiple times due to various injuries and surgeries. I have always requested Emily S. as my therapist. Emily is calm, quiet, but stern when it comes to doing what she knows will make you better! She treats me like I imagine she would treat her own Mom! If I could, I’d give this location 10 Stars!! Everyone from the front desk, scheduling, therapists, and their assistants are A-#1 in my book!!
I was extremely pleased with the excellent care I received. Everyone was very informative and helpful including billing, front desk, therapists, and assistants. They were also very friendly and engaging. I highly recommend Wellstar OrthoSport.
No insurance has a hold on me rite now but they do offer help with financial situations. I enjoyed every visit every one had a smile they really made me feel like they love there jobs and what they do when I get my end taken care of I'll definitely be going back cause I learn something about myself and abilities with there support..
