Please , can you change the patience care coordinator? A old lady was in the call and it sounds like a robot, she was exhausted and annoyed for just to reschedule an appointment in a 5 minute call, also she transferred me to the interpreter and I didn’t requested for one
Overall experience was excellent. The front staff was welcoming, informative and supportive. My nurse and doctor delivered professional care and treated me with respect. I enjoyed I was seen in a timely matter and lab work is done onsite.
