I had an appointment with Angela Hubert, which I’ve heard great things about, but never made it to my appointment thanks to the awful receptionist. She was so incredible rude each time I spoke with her, booked my appointment incorrectly, and messed up my insurance. I will never be back to this office, solely because of her. I can’t believe she is allowed to speak to patients the way she does.
Made me wait a ridiculous amount of time so I basically paid for nothing. Had to leave and will never be back
I called to make an appointment for my minor sister who I am the legal guardian of. They proceeded to tell me that since she was sexually active she would have to make the appointment even though she’s a minor and I’m her court appointed guardian. I told them I had proof of documents but they said i’d have to come down to schedule in office regardless, because of HIPA/HIPPA. Love everyone at this office! So personable and nice. Angela Huber is amazing! She helped make my pregnancy experience so great from each appointment to delivery!
Let me start by saying I love wellstar. They do have some of the most amazing providers in all practices, however, today's canceled appointment with. Dr. Naik really irritated me. March 1st I had gallbladder surgery at the kennestone hospital. Upon discharge, I was told to follow up immediately with ob/gyn. I didn't have insurance at the time so I waited until I got insurance to schedule my appointment. I live in east cobb.
