I don’t give 0 stars because the app won’t let you . I got referred to Wellstar Neurology by Wellstar ENT, Wellstar neurology said they would contact me with appointment they never did , when I go to the Douglasville location in professional prkwy to try to make an appointment they told me that the Dr Dr Hall will not see me … no explanation this neurology office is useless turning down a office visit with me never seen anything like this
I have a patient who is referred to Wellstar neurology by PCP and they insisted on documentation and then a 2 to 3 day wait before they decide whether not to schedule an appointment. While they review his doctors notes So we have no idea when he will be able to see a neurologist. This is completely unacceptable
Dr. A is the BEST!!! the ladies at the front desk are always welcoming and pleasant. Never a long wait and Dr. A NEVER runs behind.
Dr. Hall is great. All the receptionists are polite and the assistants are very friendly and polite.
