Wish I could give 0 stars. I'm so frustrated. Went to the Dr. whom I really liked. He gave me a new medicine as well as a bunch of samples to use while I waited for my prescription. Knew I would need a PA ahead of time and we discussed that at length. I've tried all the pre-req meds so should be no issue. Month later and I'm out of my samples and still no PA. I've called and left vm's, emails, called their main line and had them email...nothing...currently sitting on hold for who knows how much longer. My pharmacy has reache... read more
You cannot even call in to reach the front desk then it only gives you 2 to 3 doctors to choose from to reach their nurse which you’re not updated.
If I could zero stars, I would. Messages in mychart do not get answered. Long wait times when you call. Left message on nurse line twice now and no call back. Cannot get my meds refilled or switched. Staff is not helpful and when they finally message back after numerous messages, very short. Went 2 weeks during holidays w/migraine sent numerous messages unanswered!! Doctor is good, but staff and customer services is terrible. Cancelled my apt and going elsewhere!!!
Wellstar is hard to reach. Phone system has long wait times, rude staff, online refill requests go dark with no communication. They push you to online services, which don’t work well either.
Horrific experience trying to get in here. Have been in a lot of pain and referred here. They refused an appointment until paperwork was sent and it was sent multiple times. Switched to Woodstock location. Today is October 14th and the earliest they could get me in is December 3rd. I guess if you’re a current patient that’s good for you.
