Mainly because South Cobb OB/GYN goes above and beyond for patients!!!! I'm a patient there and it has been a wonderful experience!!!!!!
This place was a nightmare. I usually went to the Office in Hiram and the austell office was the other one we could use. I had a meeting with a new doctor on staff and was excited to meet her. I am pregnant and have had a few scares. So I was hoping her out of evweyone would care to help me. I was completely wrong! I had my two children with this group and never had a problem until I had a miscarriage over the weekend. I called the office on a Monday to schedule an appointment as directed by the ER doctor. They had no appointments available for Monday so I scheduled one for Tuesday. I go into the office on Tuesday to find out that the person I scheduled the appointment with scheduled it for the wrong day! The only problem I had with this company is the Ultrasound Lady! She was very indifferent and not at all sympathetic or compassionate about doing my ultrasound. Usually you would expect an ultrasound person to be just as excited especially if it is your first and to talk. She does not talk...just quite untrained on having social grace. I saw lots of the Midwives and Dr. in this practice and it was fantastic! I loved going and they were so sweet and caring about everything!
