Overall experience was excellent. The front staff was welcoming, informative and supportive. My nurse and doctor delivered professional care and treated me with respect. I enjoyed I was seen in a timely matter and lab work is done onsite.
I requested a transfer in care at 28 weeks pregnant because at 28 weeks, I had yet to meet a doctor and not once did anyone ever do a physical exam on me. They dopplered my baby’s heartbeat, but not once did they listen to my heart or lungs or do any sort of physical exam. They also made me wait weeks for an ultrasound because they wanted a specialist to do it.
