Dr. Gilbert and his staff are the most amazing medical team. I have struggled for years with “woman problems” and it wasn’t until 2 years ago when I finally found Dr Gilbert that I felt I was getting answers. He listens to my concerns and works with me to find solutions. When they relocated to the new Health Park it put their office almost an hour from me, I will continue to make the drive without a single complaint!!
I always have to wait a ridiculous amount of time for about a 5 minute procedure of getting my birth control. It seems that if you're pregnant, they push everyone's appointments around to get you in and out. So if you're an expectant mother, I'm sure you get great care. If you're anyone else, prepare to sit in the waiting room for almost an hour. Don't make an appointment here if you have things to do shortly afterwards. I tried calling the appointment desk the morning of for a question and I was on hold for 12 minutes so I hung up as I approached the check in desk. I was told my appointment was at 9:15, I sat until 10 and watched people who came in after me get taken in to their appointments.
