Whomever does the scheduling is very wise to say "arrive 15 minutes early", because I get lost pretty easy! Since I check in on "my chart" and make my copay on there, I've never been late! The gentleman that tested my hearing was very nice, and explained what he was doing as he went. He made a graph of my levels of hearing in each ear, and explained it to me. Horrible customer service. Do not go here if you value your time. My appointment was cancelled without my consent, and when I arrived they claimed they were running behind even though it was already past my scheduled appointment time. To make matters worse, other patients were being called back and seen after me. When I asked to speak with a supervisor, she addressed the issue in front of the entire waiting room instead of speaking with me privately. Great experience from the time I entered til the time I left. Both the audiologist and the Dr were professional, patient and thorough. The nurse was great. I highly recommend them.
