Wellstar ENT office of Dr Timothy Ryan is awesome.
My experience was more than I expected. I felt welcomed by each staff member that I encountered. I understood each and every step that was taken during my son's appointment. Most of all, my son is autistic, so I appreciate Alexa for being understanding, very gentle and professional with my child during his visit. I'd most definitely recommend Wellstar ENT to anyone.
I visited Dr. Gupta due to severe dizziness, nausea, and ear pain. After being admitted by the physician assistant, I went to the examination room and another physician assistant recorded my vital signs and history. A few seconds later, Dr. Gupta came to the examination room to visit and check my condition. Dr. Gupta was very polite, knowledgeable, and experienced. Wellstar ENT Dr. Kansal is always very professional, knowledgeable and personable. She has an ease about her that when she enters the room, one just knows no matter the issue, things will be alright! Everyone from the door to the exit has a beautiful smile and are welcoming. The facility is clean and bright-which is needed when you're not feeling well. STAY AWAY FROM WELLSTAR!! I was referred to this ENT from Wellstar’s ER due to an ear infection that was improperly treated by Wellstar’s Urgent Care. I was told by the ER I needed to get a follow up with this ENT within the week due to the severity of my infection caused by Wellstar’s negligence. When scheduling my appointment, I was told I couldn’t be seen for weeks. Wellstar has prescribed me the wrong medicine causing me to have a more severe infection, then they called in the wrong pain medication leaving me in excrucia... read more
