I got my test results in MyChart a week ago. Six days ago I got a call from their nurse line, to discuss them, which I missed. I returned their call the next morning and since then I've called three times and they've never called me back, despite saying that calls would be returned in 24 hours. This is really stressful. There's no way to reach an actual human being.
From the front desk, to the exam room, everyone was friendly and professional. And Dr. Patel was very personable and answered all my questions. Great experience with this practice.
I saw Dr. Snapper, and he is not only a very nice man, but he listened to me, and never once made me feel stupid or unheard. He described what was going on, and explained everything throughly. He even recapped what he said at the end of the visit, and made sure that I understood what was going on. He explained the meds as well and what they do. 10/10 recommend
Dr. Snapper is vital for the Ehlers-Danlos community. I waited years for a doctor who understood the condition, knew the effects of dysautonomia, and how to treat it! The flood of relief when I did not have to explain or define any terms or symptoms, he knew them all and took the time explain to me why they are happening and how to treat and manage them!
