Would give ZERO stars if possible. My mother has been attempting to complete a simple blood test since April 30th. It is now June and she still does not have results. In that time, she has made multiple unnecessary trips, endured three failed blood draws due to lab and administrative errors, and received zero proactive communication. She only learned her specimens were unusable because she reached out herself. Super fast! I was out in 20 min (came in really early) and everyone was so so friendly and welcoming!

The worst customer service was experienced this morning at this lab, they’re not all on the same page, about anything, and it shows. Ridiculous.
This place is clearly understaffed. Wellstar is doing a disservice to its patients and its healthcare staff because there are 2 hour long waits for labs that should take no more than 15 minutes. Please hire more staff to better serve your patients.
