Super fast! I was out in 20 min (came in really early) and everyone was so so friendly and welcoming!

The worst customer service was experienced this morning at this lab, they’re not all on the same page, about anything, and it shows. Ridiculous.
This place is clearly understaffed. Wellstar is doing a disservice to its patients and its healthcare staff because there are 2 hour long waits for labs that should take no more than 15 minutes. Please hire more staff to better serve your patients.
Had a 6:30am appointment. Staff just started showing up 6:40. Kept all the patients waiting for over 30 minutes if you can’t do 6:30 appoints don’t have them!
