Phenomenal staff!
One hour wait time today to get a redone blood test to replace a lost one from three weeks ago. Come on folks, you can do better.
New leadership is needed to address the long wait times. I have never seen anything like this. Lobby packed like sardines 1+ hour wait time. No sense of urgency to meet the patient needs.
I waited almost 2 hours for blood work but that isn’t the staff’s fault. Many labs around the area are temporarily closed and they’re overwhelmed with everyone coming in. However, they did a great job keeping me informed and were really sweet. Janice, the lab technician who took my blood was amazing. Very personable, sweet, soft-spoken & I barely felt the needle go in. Thank you to all of the staff that are dealing with hundreds of people a day, kudos to Janice!
