Staff is extremely kind and helpful, even when dealing with patients who are behaving in an overly rude, hostile manner.
Someone may want to let the doctors and office know the correct time that this lab is actually open, and willing to do work. We arrived to the door at 4:35 to find it locked. When knocking, an employee answered to tell us they close at 4:45, even though the website and door, and upstairs say 5:00.
