Dr. Bryant is awesome! I’ve been a patient of his for 13 years! Excellent Doctor and staff!!
Excellent care from the entire team. The secretary was very helpful and attentive, the nurse was also very attentive and cordial, and she patiently explained the entire process to me. The doctor Joseph B Bryant was very professional. He made me feel comfortable and took an interest in listening to me and answering my questions.
Dr. Butler was great and so was her assistants. It was a great experience and was it was nice to feel welcomed and heard as a patient.
While the facility and staff both seem very nice initially, be very careful. I recently had what I thought was a routine annual exam. These have always been covered by my insurance and it was great time to check in and update everything. However, after my appointment I suddenly received a substantial bill. Apparently when Dr. Butler asked me if I needed any refills or how things are, that qualifies as a different appointment. Talk about a bait and switch.
