I have no idea why every time I have to come to the doctor, it takes 3 hours. Annnnd…u sit in the clinical room for over an hour??!! EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! Why make an appointment but it takes FOREVER to even see a doctor. But let u be just a lil late & it’s cancel or reschedule. They are polite and nice BUT the TIMELINESS IS 1 STAR
I came in for a checkup after a car accident. I was asked to pay $293.53 WITH INSURANCE before seeing the doctor. Once placed in a room it took about 45min to a hour before I was seen. Once I received the bill in MyChart I noticed that services rendered only cost $209 and my insurance cover it 100% so I was left thinking “what was the 293.53 payment for?” I called the office a month later and she said it was an estimate price and that I should receive a refund. Worst experience ever. They refused to recode my visit which was a physical and now I have to pay over $300 out of pocket for a physical that is covered under my insurance. Ridiculous. Will never come here again
My dad was referred to this clinic after he was discharged from the hospital. The staff at the clinic is friendly. Wait times can be long at times. Dr. Sadat always takes his time to explain everything to my dad and takes great care of him. My dad is doing much better since he switched his doctor. We live in Dallas, GA but it’s always worth the drive.
