This is by far the worst doctor’s office I’ve ever been to. I’ve gone to this location twice and walked out both times without receiving any actual help. Yesterday, I had an appointment and was left sitting in a room for 3 hours. I saw four different providers, and after all that waiting, I left with nothing — no answers, no treatment, no relief. When i scheduled the appointment, I schedule to see Dr Gabriela but she was way behind the schedule, so I waited for one hour until Dr Jauregui went to see me. I really like Dr Jauregui, but I think the office take way more patients that they can handle, the only problem is the schedule conflict, it’s not the first time that I have to wait 35+ min to see a doctor.

Avoid this office at all costs. I initially believed I had found a reliable and professional medical practice, but I could not have been more mistaken. I scheduled a follow-up appointment with my primary care physician three months in advance, ensuring I would see the doctor I had carefully researched and chosen. Took so much time with my 94 yo dad. Very thorough and helpful. Came out to parking lot to help bring him in and even gave us water. Everyone was excellent.
