I was supposed to see Dr Shay, The woman that sits second from the right took an an unbelievable amount of time to check me in I tried to check in the night before but I could not edit it. She complained about the number of phone numbers that were in the file and said that the website she used gave wrong information. It seemed as though she should have called the insurance company not concerned complained to me. I will never return to Wellstar I’ve never liked their bedside manner it’s unprofessional.
Dr. Khare is very thorough and follows up with her patients.
My experience today having a colonoscopy was very professional and kind. Bina, Kim, Lexis, Linda, Dr. Khare, Dr. Islam, Tameka & the front desk lady 3rd floor were excellent & the support team in the procedure room! I felt seen & my concerns were addressed. Everything was timely & the recovery was great! A colonoscopy is nothing to get excited about...LOL..but is necessary! I like the Vinings location for my medical needs!
My mom wasn't seen properly by Dr. Kadle so a few days later is in er with another bowel obstruction. He dismissed her concerns of stomach pain which was disturbing. Will never use this location again!!
Whomever takes the calls for this place needs to be fired almost every time I called to make an appointment they would hang up on me. The time I did reach them, the person was incredibly rude like I was wasting their time. Lost a potential patient.
