NP Ailah Vasquez has not been a reliable primary care provider. She often seems unsure of how to handle basic needs, especially for active duty service members who depend on accurate documentation and consistent medical support. She appears uncomfortable with writing necessary medical notes and has been unable to provide the level of care I require. Because of these ongoing issues, I have decided to transfer my care to a different provider at a different location.
