9/9/2025 (I give WellStar 0 stars) The staff (Kristine Kelley, Chris, Stacy etc.) at this Wellstar Primary Care location are very unprofessional and refused to provide me with my PHI (Protected Health Information) documenting my attempts to establish care. Under HIPAA (45 CFR §164.524), Patients have the right to access their health information. Their refusal is a violation of federal law and shows a lack of professionalism.
