It was my first visit and I immediately had a feeling that this practice was going to be pleasant to work with. I only waited about 10 minutes to see Dr May. He is very nice, explains things completely, very professional, and cares about his patients. I have no doubt that he will fix my ENT issues. You’ll be happy if you go see Dr May. But first impressions begin with the front desk. These ladies and his nurse set the temperature of the appointment and they were all very polite, nice and professional. Thank you Carol
