Emergency room staff deserve a 5 star. They were very friendly and knowledgeable with the procedure we had done (busted chin). Well Stars finance department on the other hand refused to bill me as “self pay” because I had insurance on file. They then pressured me to make a decision about payment before the treatment could be given. When I followed up afterward with them they told me I could do self pay but that it would be at the amount insurance was billed. Don't waste your time going to this place. They'll make your situation worse. They don't do anything. They'll wait for you for a long time, and in the end, they'll just give you a little acetaminophen to the children, or fentanyl to the patients in pain, a medication so lethal and addictive to humans. ChatGTP will help you more than this place. It's better to heal at home with homemade or clinical medications that you already know.

We have (unfortunately) needed to bring our son here twice in the last few weeks. Each time he has received excellent care!!! Every staff member we encountered was kind and great when interacting with my son. We had little to no wait time in the lobby upon checking in. Highly recommend this ER, I feel at peace knowing there’s a safe place to bring my children in case of emergency close by!

Worst ER Department I have ever been to in my life they have you wait for HOURS if you can go to another hospital please do.
