I had a wonderful experience at Wellstar Pulmonary Rehab (which shares space with Cardiac Rehab). Althea and Caretha taught me so many things! I learned to breathe properly using my diaphragm; good ways to exercise; how to check my oxygen level, heart rate and blood pressure; warmup and cooldown movements; and much more.
