My experience with Wellstar's billing department has been extremely frustrating. I was previously advised by a member of Wellstar's billing department that Wellstar was in-network with Medi-Share before ultimately deciding to go there for treatment. After receiving a substantial bill, I learned that Wellstar is actually out-of-network. Wellstar has since acknowledged the mistake but is doing nothing to make it right. I would like to preface this review by saying on April 23 my son was in an e-bike accident and was a trauma patient in the ER. The trauma team was amazing. He got great care. He was treated properly and luckily was ok. We went into the ER today because after his accident he had back pain. At first it was just uncomfortable. This was the worst hospital I've ever had the displeasure of being a patient. My room was a filthy mess.The nurse techs were extremely unprofessional. When I was discharged,I had the same problem that I had when I came in.

This was my first time coming to this hospital I had to take my wife to the ER and I must say the staff are extremely rude and disrespectful wellstar really need a crash course on patient care because these egos,attitudes and behaviors are uncalled for.

I have been in the hospital so many times for back and neck surgeries. This time another neck surgery all from Cobb Well Star team. From Resurgens to Neurosurgeon office, Post Opt to Hospital team I’ve never experienced so much caring, communication, compassionate as I have there. May be a hour and a half away but it’s so worth it. That will be my group to go to from now on! God Bless you all. P:S: those nurses who took care of me, when I hit the button they were there less than a minute. Thank you Cobb Well Star
