Had to wait a long time for the doctor to come in and see us. It was 45 minutes past our appointment. The doctor scared my mom With her talk of how pain pills could kill her and recommended we buy narcan in case she overdosed! So, even though my mom needs her pain meds, she won't take them as needed, out of fear!
Arrived at facility before 10:00, unable to find a parking space after circling around a few times and unable to find the courteous transporter to escort me to the facility if I had to park too far away; therefore, I came at 5:50 and was told unprofessionally they were not doing anymore X-rays and don’t know if they will be able to leave at 7 and to come back doing less less busy hours and good day. Rude!!!
I was schedule for a bone marrow biospy after fasting and taking off work. To be told i couldnt get it done becauuse the machine was down. Im very upset. Like i know a hospital has more than one machine
Only test done was a CT scan and when my results came back it was for blood work on kidney function. Seriously where is th CT and who's blood work was I sent.
I went to this imaging center at WellStar Cobb yesterday for three CTs. My team was exceptional, and I was in and out in 15 minutes. I commend the registrar, Jessica, my technologists, Kat and Pam, and my nurse, Sandra. The procedure was fast and painless. I highly recommend these fine women if you need to have imaging done,
