Told me I was pregnant, but did not care to listen to my concerns. Was emailed lab results telling I was not pregnant an hour after my appointment. Called in a panic and they could not give me an update. Asked for a blood test and they said no and just told me they messed up the results and changed them in the system. Never had a good experience at this office but it was close by. Do NOT recommend if you are pregnant!
Refused my wife service when shes having pregnancy issues cause her insurance is still pending. Worst experience ever. Ladies in the office were rude and very unhelpful. Find somewhere else to go.
Going to the gyno is always a nerve racking excursion for me, but I’m very grateful for the kindness of all of the staff members today at this location. The doctors and nurses seem very happy at this location. Thank you all for making a normally awkward experience comfortable!
I arrived late to my scheduled appointment and was informed that I would need to reschedule for a later date. While I understood the policy, I was feeling quite frustrated by the situation. Shortly afterward, Shakura contacted me as I was leaving the parking lot and kindly explained that she could still assist me. I am a new patient, and my appointment was canceled at the last minute, which was really frustrating. However, I spoke with the office manager, Stephanie, at the Austell location, and she was incredibly helpful and kind. She was able to get me scheduled the same day at the Hiram location. Dr. Lee was amazing, and the nurse, Kristy, was also wonderful. They both made me feel comfortable, listened to my concerns, and took great care of me.
