Their call center is terrible. Scheduling an appointment with them is awful. They’re all very rude.
I call for OBG appointment and the clerk was very rude. She hang up on me telling me call another time.
Everything is fine as long as I have a pre-scheduled checkup... but whenever I have a circumstance to arise that needs to be checked out, I can never be seen and triage doesn't return calls when you are sent to their voice message system.
Amazing! I was with nurse practitioner Margarita and Dr.Lee. They were both so professional and easy to talk to. I have never really had the best experiences with doctors. But they made me feel so comfortable.
