I am a new patient, and my appointment was canceled at the last minute, which was really frustrating. However, I spoke with the office manager, Stephanie, at the Austell location, and she was incredibly helpful and kind. She was able to get me scheduled the same day at the Hiram location. Their call center is terrible. Scheduling an appointment with them is awful. They’re all very rude.
I call for OBG appointment and the clerk was very rude. She hang up on me telling me call another time.
Everything is fine as long as I have a pre-scheduled checkup... but whenever I have a circumstance to arise that needs to be checked out, I can never be seen and triage doesn't return calls when you are sent to their voice message system.
