My provider and nurse is amazing. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. They treat you like family. My provider makes sure every question is answered before i leave. And they make sure i have everything i need before my next visit.
Trying to discuss the results with the doctor has proven challenging. It’s been about a month and my telehealth appointment today wasn’t scheduled properly originally. When I got the no call no show notification I called in to see if I could just have the doctor call me to discuss it. I was advised that’s not possible and would have to be rescheduled.
