Please do not bring your loved ones here! My grandfather just passed away here after having many arm injuries and a gash to the head that all the nurses have no explanation as to how it happened. I have not experienced worse management, Susan, not following POA (power of attorney), and keeping information from rightful members of our family. Mask Nazis , overpriced bed& breakfast
The staff at wellsprings are very sweet people and caring to the folks that live there. Whenever I visit, the air smells clean and the atmosphere is cozy. When the time comes I'd like for my parents to live here throughout their golden years, I know they'll be happy.
I honestly cannot say enough great things about Wellsprings Residence! Our experience was incredible. Every staff member (from the director to the kitchen staff and everyone in between) were amazing! They genuinely cared for our father, not just physically but emotionally as well. He wasn't treated as a resident, he was treated as family. On May 22, 2018, I moved my 90-year-old mother from Brookdale/ Wekiwa Springs (another assisted living facility in Apopka, Florida) to Wellsprings Residence after both myself and my mother visited Wellsprings earlier in the month. I was pleasantly surprised and amazed at the lengths to provide great care that this smaller (19 bed) facility takes that larger facilities definitely do not.
