I had a positive outlook at Wellsprings and I would recommend it to anyone who finds themselves stuck in a rut. The staff is very supportive and helpful. If you do not plan on changing your life then this place and others will not be helpful for you. There are rules and guidelines to adhere to. If you can’t follow rules to get you to an expected outcome then transitional housing is not for you. Called to see if they have room for couples. The lady was so rude no no no is what she said when I tried to ask questions. You can't treat people any kind of way period. She hung up on us. Wouldn't recommend.

I reside here now and have been here and there is no good working Television, NO WI-FI TO USE when they demand we look for employment and then expect 30 % of our paychecks after receiving $6 MILLION A YEAR IN REVENUE. They give us LITERALLY (1) roll of toilet paper per person for an entire week. They DO NOT provide FOOD like it says in the HANDBOOK.
