The process to get matched with a therapist is exceptionally draining. I'm still not sure when I will be matched with a therapist and it has been 2 weeks..
Horrible experience! Save yourself some time and money. - I had one session back in January of 2024. - I was told my insurance covered a percentage of my session and would only have to pay $50. They collected that amount at the time of service. - 8 months later, they charge my credit card for another $120 - Called their billing department. She didn't have an answer and told me she would call me back. I wish I could give them zero stars. HORRIBLE RECEPTIONIST Eliana or Eliany I called for counseling for my son. It was $250 a week, which is too much so I declined. She called CPS on me! CPS wants to see if I need help. That just caused me problems. Thanks Eliany! Fantastic stress you put on us. CPS is not my idea of help. Shame on you. May God have mercy on you. They came to my door in my sons birthday too. Horrible
