Over the last twenty years, I have taken six of my dogs to Wellsprings for swim therapy. In some cases, they were rehabbing from surgery, in other cases they were older and arthritic, and the combination of swimming and massage enabled them to stay mobile and provided them with needed exercise. Sheila is both knowledgeable and caring, and her efforts have literally added years to my dogs' lives - and life to their years. I highly recommend Wellsprings for anyone with a dog that would benefit from a program of low-impact exer... read more

I've been taking my corgi to Sheila for close to a year after he had spinal surgery for a herniated disc. The water therapy has helped him a ton, as has the massage, stretching, and other physical therapy work Sheila does with him. Sheila is extremely experienced and knowledgeable, and most importantly it's obvious she really cares about my dog and his comfort and progress. She is also very patient with us as owners when we are anxious or have questions. Highly recommend Sheila and Wellsprings if your dog needs water therapy... read more

We had ruled out hip dysplasia as an issue, but our vet wasn't sure what else was wrong or why our sheltie didn't want to walk more than a half mile at a time, or go up or down stairs, and why she limped after waking up. A year later, and it's like we have a whole new sheltie! Sheila has been absolutely nothing less than a miracle worker, fixing our dog's muscle imbalance & stretching out all her tight joints. She... read more
I've been taking Sophie to water therapy with Sheila for over a year now. Our neurologist recommended water therapy/massage to help with Sophie's neurological condition. I've seen improvement in her walking and stability. Sheila is wonderful at giving home exercises and offers tips and advice to help improve Sophie's life. She even recommended a wheelchair to help her keep moving and it's been a lifesaver. Once Sophie has been to water therapy, I can always see her spirits are lifted and she has a bit more confidence in her ... read more
