Wellspring has helped my kiddos over the years with not only talk and play therapy but also with diagnosis. Tabitha and Melissa have been nothing short of amazing helping our family. I couldn’t imagine them not being able to see them for therapy. So, when an insurance policy change almost caused that to happen, Loretta in the office went above and beyond to find if there was a way for my daughter to continue seeing the therapist she has grown a relationship with. The doctors and therapists are great. However their online portal is so bad, I am fed up with them and am going to find a new practice.
I will say we have been very pleased with Wellspring and their therapists over the last 2 years they have helped our family. I am only writing this bad review because they only have virtual appointments available most of the time and a lot of the times there are connection issues. I was charged $150 for a "missed" appointment when the patient portal was not connecting and when we were able to reach anyone in the office we had passed the 10 min deadline- Not to mention we were on hold for minutes before speaking to someone ab... read more
LOVE this office. The office staff is very kind and helpful, and easy to get ahold of. They have an online portal where you can message them which with my work schedule makes it very easy to get ahold of them when I’m not able to call. My therapist and psychiatrist are great, they both offer telehealth visits that work with my work schedule. I found this place on psychology today, and so far the experience is.... well read on. I sent my email inquiry about getting treated, and they told me the girl i inquired for is available to treat that issue. After i filled the form, they call me to say at this time there is no one available to treat me for a commonly treated for issue. Of course I was highly upsetted, and sent in a new inquiry because the girl on the phone wouldn't help me any further than offering numbers to other providers. No manager offered, no nothing.... read more
