We were referred to Wellspring for my 9yr old daughter and was assigned to Prezillic Daniels. I asked Prezillic for a few minutes to talk with her without my daughter present. She scheduled a 7pm time and I never received a call. Then charged $120 for a missed appointment. Prezillic did not say this was an hour appointment and I don't feel telling her my daughter pushes family and friends buttons to the point of frustration even when given reasonable expectations needed an hour of our time. The people are great, Mr Forbes is top notch. He is a great listener and very wise. The girls at the front desk are very friendly.
I was assigned to a therapist at WellSpring and while she was very sweet and kind, I quickly realized we weren’t a good fit for each other. After a few sessions, I decided that it would be better to switch, as I felt her therapeutic style didn’t align with my needs. Unfortunately, I had a frustrating experience with the office staff when trying to navigate this process.
