I visited all of the nursing homes in Monroe, MI and Wellspring Lutheran Services was the one I wanted my mom to go to if she needed one, if we couldn't care for her anymore. Because of very arthritic knees, and a stint in the hospital, she went directly to the rehab section of Wellspring followed by it becoming her permanent to live. Desiring to go home, like most seniors, but then realizing that it was best for her to stay, she now calls her new place "a cruise ship with activities"!
