An excellent service that blended informed care with compassion. We were fortunate that we were able to transition from a rehab situation to hospice. We hadn’t researched other hospice facilities so I was nervous but Wellspring was excellent. They eased my father’s passing and helped family members. The Tallmadge, OH facility is in a beautiful location that allowed for walks outside in an adjacent metro park when family needed a break. I have only positive remarks about WellSpring. They provided thorough information and were attentive to our Aunt's needs from the start to the end of her life. Even after our Aunt's passing, WellSpring has shown their compassion by sending us comforting words for our grief and reminding us that we can reach out to them if we need someone to talk to.
Wellspring Hospice and Village of the Falls staff took excellent care of our mother. They provided the 24/7 services which kept her safe and comfortable when family and friends could not be with her. I believe that the decision to add hospice care prolonged her life and improved its quality. These are my views as my mother’s son and as a retired registered nurse.
Very thankful for all the staff and their sincere and compassionate care. Highly recommend!
