If I could give 0 I would. The first time I had an appointment with them, I was sent to the wrong address. I had the last appointment of the day so I was unable to be seen. I had Covid so i had to go to med express. Today I drove another 45 minutes for them so turn me away because I was 10 minutes late, driving through a thunderstorm. They look for reasons to not see people. Good luck.
The care I have received has surpassed my experience at top hospitals. This practice is such a blessing. The staff are kind and supportive and encourage you through the tough times. I have never received better care anywhere else. They literally are helping me stay alive and be as healthy as I can be for my family. I am forever grateful!
The staff at Wellsprings Family Medicine office are professional, courteous and friendly. If you reach out with a question or concern they will get right on it. And they will also get back to you with results. The PAs that I've had to take care of my medical needs have been as friendly, professional and thorough as they can be.
