If could give zero stars I would so much has changed with this doctors office now in order to get your lab results be require you to make an appointment just to get your results when they can just call the doctor herself and tell you the results they refuse to do that so I will no longer be coming to that clinic, they lost a patient
Great experience. They were very patient with my father and answered all of my questions about his notes so I could stay fully informed, even though I live far away in California. This was truly a wonderful experience.
I would have gave it minus 10 stars but u have to give one star. I really miss dr Kristy at least when she was there you got your medicine and referrals sent out. The receptionist is rude and knows nothing that is going on. She sits at the desk on her phone and when u call down there she can’t answer any questions u have. Kathy you are out of line speaking to patients as if we're all addicts. You are not better than anyone else. You over speak over the person you're interacting with and have no problem doing so. Just crazy. I pray you and Dr. Juliette see no success. Changing the name of the clinic won't change your heart.
The new Dr's are nice, however......the woman that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional. My sister needs her meds and we call to ask about why they aren't at the pharmacy yet, I'm told they are BACKED UP on filling prescriptions!!! Seriously??? I have NEVER in my life had a Dr office tell me this. The receptionist/nurse literally will argue with you about appointments and prescriptions. So unprofessional. I want my sister to find another clinic but this the only one in BA that accepts her insurance.
