After being a customer for 5+ years, I was appalled at how the office handled our conversation today. I had an appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning and was told that wearing a masks would be required during the visit, even though our state and the CDC do not have these requirements. Not everyone is able to wear a mask and if businesses choose to create their own mandates that go above and beyond state and federal guidelines, by law accommodations have to be made available, which I was told they would not do. I was a loyal customer to Wellsprings Dental for several years. I would not recommend this dentist office to anyone as they lie about treatment needed, do not properly train their staff (specifically, receptionists and dentist assistants) and have a general lack of caring towards their customers well being. One time, the dentist I saw recommended that I have my wisdom teeth (which caused me no pain) to be removed. I had two wisdom teeth on the left side of my mouth.
