Extremely disappointed in the way a personal check was handled that was written by a relative from a local bank/credit union. It was written to cover evacuation expenses cost of generator, and purchasing the food. Asked if a partial release was possible? Immediately told, “No!”
whoever teller 120 is at the Orange branch should NOT be in any job related to customer service. if you make a mistake, own up to it and apologize. dont be unprofessional and rude!
RecommendedI went to the office in newton and Mrs. Lisa is amazing. Wellspring actually shows my credit higher than any dealer and is very honest and upfront. She only had to pull my credit twice where most dealers pull 10 times. Mrs Lisa probably checked atleast 6 different trucks for me before we finally found the right one. She got me an awesome interest rate on my truck and even refinanced my car saving me $70 a month even after adding gap!
