I've been bounced from therapist to therapist over the past 2 years. I've had 5 in that time. There is a high turnover rate, leaving me to start from scratch again and again. The most recent therapist I was passed to (first initial is M) was the worst I've worked with in my life. I asked to be forwarded to the 5th therapist by my second appointment with her. As a retired and disabled nurse having to temporarily use Medicaid, I am appalled at the way this agency treats the poor. Not only did I wait months to get a counselor, but she had no availability past my initial counseling appointment. I question the integrity of counselors who are out for money. I am very much aware of the billing process. A traum victim cannot pour his or her feelings out to counselors who are in it to get as many clients as possible to pay bills.
