I have worked with 3 different counselors from this organization in the last 7 years and have nothing but good things to say. My counselors have been incredibly attentive and caring, while encouraging me to move forward even if things got difficult. I have made great strides with their help! I’ve read other reviews that focus on the organization’s business policies and must respond: yes, this is a business, employing professionals, so that we can benefit from what they offer; as such they must have policies in place to ensur... read more

There was no flexibility to the policy, which would charge full price if not cancelled a week in advance. Megan's response to my asking about flexibility was this, " Well, If we made exceptions for everyone, " My situation is one where emergencies happen frequently, yet even as a medical practice there was no empathy. Additionally Megan Irving w... read more
