Josh does a great job working and explaining the problem as well as developing a planned solution to execute.
Josh is just magic. I went in with pain in 3 places, lower back , glute and shoulder . I had I session , he sent me home with some exercises and 3 days later my pain was gone . He is very knowledgable with the body and getting down to the core of what’s causing the pain. If you want to live pain free, go see him. Your body will thank you for it :-)
